[align="justify"]I've added an experimental version of a new message editor for the forum. It has some WYSIWYG abilities for text formatting, inserting images and stuff like that.

The Editor works with Internet Explorer 5.5 and later or most Gecko - based browsers, including Mozilla 1.3+, Firefox and Netscape 7.1. It does not and can not work with Opera, because Opera does not support the so-called "design mode" which allows inline editing of HTML elements.

You have to activate the editor in your profile (Profile -> Edit Profile) and you can switch back to the standard BBCODE editor at any time.

Please keep in mind, that this is experimental stuff and may cause some unexpected results, but basic text formatting works.

Note that smileys are still inserted as text, anything else would confuse the current version of the bbcode parser too much.[/align]
