Although I find this forum software very powerful and overall well done, I discovered a small and simple, yet useful modification.

The small combo box on the left sidebar can save a list of thread bookmarks to quickly access important threads. This list is saved in your profile, so it will always be there, no matter if you change your browser or access the forum from a different computer.

To bookmark a thread, just click "Add Bookmark" at the beginning of a thread (the rightmost link, just above the first post of a thread). If you already bookmarked it, the link will show "Remove Bookmark" instead and allows you to delete the thread from your list of bookmarks.

NOTE: Since this requires a user account, it is only available for registered users.

Also, it is only available in the standard SMF and "Hotmail" templates.

This template shouldn't even been used :) It tries to copy the "bright" design of the old forum, but isn't complete yet.

Only the standard SMF and the "Hotmail" template are updated :)

I use MY template because it's nice, clean and simple compared to this Hotmail_full_of_colors template... but I won't use this bookmark thing anyway... I have rss... :D

Nice to hear, that some people like that "MY" template, because it's basically my own design (ported from the old forum). It's not yet finished though.

* Adam2 is using MY-template.

Keep it small and simple (as all MIM-users want it too be). ;)

Well, the hotmail template isn't graphic - intense either. I even removed the buttons and replaced them with text links, because I feel that buttons just don't fit into that design.

The colors are a matter of taste though. The entire design looks a bit like an M$ site :) But that is probably intentionally.
