This happens in all the message module's dropdown toolbars.

This isn't a bug.

You're running Win 98, right?

Then its a problem with the static icon control. This does not happen on XP.

Anyway, it's a minor visual glitch, and since I cannot develop and/or test under 9x, it will probably stay.
