Auto open incoming messages?

Hi! I've recently installed Miranda Im whit TABSRRMM and IEView. So, i've got only one problem. When someone talks to me for first time, I.E: I've just singed in and someone speaks to me, the systemtray tilts BUT, i want it to automatically open the conversation window, like MSN Messenger. Thanks in advanced.

There are many options for this under Message Sessions->Tabs and Layout.

The topic has often been discussed, so using the search will most likely help.
