I've stop using another plugin for event notification since now it's integrated into TabSRMM.

But now no sound is heard when receiving a message if the message window for that contact is focused. I mean it's only not heard when it's focused, when not focused it behaves normal.

And yes, I have configured a sound for "Messages / Incoming (Focused)" in the "Options / Sounds" configuration.

Am I missing something?

please note the option "Sync sound with popup mode" in the container options
somehow it seems to always be the cause of sound problems :)

Disable non-core plugins (but leave tabSRMM) and dbtool your profile... report if it helped... :)

* Use the unicode version.
* Disable IEView and perform further tests with the default message log.

For now, no bigger changes which may affect the stability are planned. tabSRMM will soon reach 1.0 and after that happened, we can talk about new features again :)
Ahaha.
That's what you said for the 0.9.9.9.9.9.9.9.92, 5 months ago and there had been lot's of improvment. :D

One year... I hope you're proud of you. You're a very good dev.
Congratulations. :)

i got a question. maybe it's tabsrmm independent, but who cares.
why is the extended status still set if somebody is offline.
is there a way to reset the cache or something like this?

Nope. The protocol is responsible for setting the xstatus related fields. tabSRMM does only read them (and shouldn't ever write them).

Hi,

Firstly....congrats on the milestone and thanks for a great job. :)

Now, to my possible bug/problem.

I run Miranda on the far right of my right hand monitor in a dual monitor setup.  I tend to have all my contact containers on the right (2ndary) monitor as well.  Up until the latest release all was fine.  Now with the latest realease I have found a problem.  When I click on the icon to show the smileys I have setup (Toolbar on Container Window), the smiley display window opens, not above the icon like before, but on the left hand (Primary) monitor.

At the same time as I updated tabSRMM, I also updated chat.dll and irc.dll to the very latest (not officially released) versions.  However I am assuming, perhaps incorrectly, that this is more likely due to tabSRMM.

Any ideas?  Am I completely wrong in my assumptions?

Thanks....

Edit:  Sorry, just realised there is actually a bug report forum.  Guess I should have posted this there.....  Apologies...

May be related to recent changes in smileyadd or the fact that the smiley selection window is no opened as a child window of the container.

Seems that i have found a little bug  :-\

I have activated the info-bar for all contacts, but if a contact has NO avatar, there is a white/grey field or sometimes a wrong avatar when i switch between the tabs.

Would it be possible to check if a user has an avatar, and if not to then to disable the avatar-field in the info-panel for this contact?

It's not a bug ... that image is the standard image shown when no avatar is found/set :)

hmmm...then, the drawing method should be reworked, because it definitly sometimes shows the wrong avatar.

At the moment, when i oben a message-window, it uses the color/text/image/etc which was before at the place of the avatar

Yeah - really - great work!
Thanks a lot Nightwish!

Happy birthday!!!

I am quite impressed that you are also working on the clist nice+ which might become standard one day ;) - lets see. But i think Multiwindow-Support must be added first ;)

And keep on going the Mirandapower!

When I try to send some (long) links (URLs) to the one I'm chatting with (on MSN), I often get a delivery failure message ("The message send timed out"). What's the reason for this?

This isn't a tabsrmm issue, it's a MSN one. Try hitting reply a couple of times, it usually works after 2-3 retries.
This is a known issue in the miranda forums, no need to post it again. It may be because Microsoft is trying to block 3rd party clients (like miranda).

Will there be an update next time? The avatar-bug of the info-pane is a little bit confusing me  :D
